
One of the beauty of making pastry instead of food is that you can plan ahead.
For some pastry, you even need to freeze the cake/mousse to complete.
However, I recently had to make a cake in the fly. And my actually time to make the cake was so limited.
I was not allowed to drink nor eat anything till the cake was complete.
It was hard, but worth it when I see people smiled by the cake!
